The communication and check in procedure was perfect. We appreciated being able to get right in after a long day of traveling.

The location is good with a quick walk to the Termini station for trains and Metro stops. The Repubblica stop on Metro B is even closer. The building is relatively quiet with a quick elevator to the fifth floor. Being able to walk out onto the balcony is a nice way to be outdoors quickly. The kitchen and bathroom both function well. The bedroom is filled with light from two separate windows, and the bed is good. The check-in process went quickly.
