The Space:

Snow settles quietly along the trees as Fitzsimmons Creek moves through the crisp alpine air. After a day on Blackcomb, you return to the warmth of the indoor fireplace, boots drying nearby, the glow of the fire reflecting off the windows. Mornings begin with coffee and forest views from the deck before you set out for the gondolas just a short walk away.



Sleeping arrangements

This two-level townhouse comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 beds. The upper level features the primary bedroom with a queen bed and TV, overlooking the living area below. On the main floor, a secondary bedroom offers another queen bed and generous closet space. The den includes a single trundle bed with a lofted second single bed. While this space is designed as a den and does not have an external window, it offers a comfortable and private sleeping space. Two full bathrooms provide flexibility for groups, including one with a double vanity and bathtub-shower combination and another with a separate glass-enclosed rain shower.



Living space - warmth and comfort

The living area centers around an indoor fireplace, creating an inviting place to unwind after winter mountain days. Heating throughout the home ensures comfort during colder months, while air conditioning is available in the upstairs bedroom and living room. A TV, wifi, and a dedicated workspace allow you to balance relaxation and remote work with ease. Practical touches like an in-unit washer and dryer, essentials, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, and a safe contribute to a seamless stay.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen connects easily to the dining area, where a dining table for 6 sets the scene for relaxed breakfasts before the slopes or shared dinners in the evening. Guests have access to the kitchen and cooking basics, making it simple to prepare meals at home between ski runs.



Outdoor space & parking

Step onto the privatedeck to take in the surrounding forest setting and the sound of the nearby creek. Outdoor furniture offers a quiet place to pause in the fresh mountain air. Free parking garage on premises is available for one vehicle, along with bike storage within the parking stall. A private entrance adds convenience and ease of arrival.

Located in the Gables complex, this townhouse places you between Whistler Village and Blackcomb Mountain in a peaceful, tree-lined setting. Shops, dining, apres-ski spots, and both Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas are within easy walking distance, allowing you to move effortlessly between mountain adventures and fireside evenings at home.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Other Things to Note:

• Air conditioning. There are three AC units split between the upstairs bedroom and the living room

• No bike storage is available inside the home. Bikes may be parked in the shared underground parkade beside the assigned parking stall using your own bike lock. As this is a shared space, it is not recommended for storing high-value bikes. Please contact our team for homes with secure bike storage options.

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbours, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
