We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book this property again. The location was excellent—close to everything we wanted to do while still feeling private and relaxing.The home itself was beautifully designed, with thoughtful details throughout and plenty of space to spread out. We especially loved the outdoor areas, which provided multiple spots to relax, dine, and enjoy the surroundings.The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed and more, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. The property was spotless upon arrival, and it was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort are a top priority.The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the home offered an impressive variety of amenities that made our stay easy and enjoyable. Overall, this was one of the best vacation rentals we’ve stayed in, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had so much fun at this cute cabin in the trees - convenient location near the Guerneville town center, well appointed and super clean/comfy with nice amenities. In very hot weather, the lack of AC might be an issue for some, but it cooled down at night for us and the temps were fine overall. The front patio is a lovely hangout space with a great hot tub amid towering trees. Awesome river beach access right across the main road, something that we weren't sure about from the listing, so I wanted to mention it here for those who like an easy place to walk down to swim, float and lay out with some cold drinks. Perfect for our moms' & teenage daughters' getaway! Very reasonably priced for a great experience, and they were nice about helping us with early check in. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for a long weekend and the check-in process was easy. Parking is a little tight, but that was communicated. The house is decorated nicely. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of outdoor seating. They have difficulty getting the hot tub to heat up that could’ve been our error. A few minor things like faucet handles that were loose shower that would not heat up a great time
