Running Waters is your private escape with scenic views and direct access to the Hiwassee River. With central heating & air, a stone-gas fireplace, and sliding doors that open to spectacular views enjoyed year round.

The cabin is spacious, very comfortable, well-equipped. So peaceful here, great for unwinding and naps. Enjoyed sitting by the water and reading. Driveway is not too steep which is a big plus.

This cabin was perfect for our family. Plenty of space and very clean. Had plenty of accommodations. Hot tub and view is amazing. We will come back!

My family stayed here for a week while some of us attended classes at the John C. Campbell Folk School. The property is very close to the school and easy to get to. The house was very comfortable for our family. One bedroom is upstairs and two are downstairs. There are two large covered patios with views of the river which provided us with a lot of entertainment. The kitchen is well equipped and the property manager was always available for questions (and I had a lot). It was very quiet and we saw lots of wildlife.

My boyfriend and I had so much fun at this cabin on the river. The views are amazing. The hot tub was so nice overlooking the river. The king bed was super nice. The neighbor is super close but didn't bother us at all. Such a nice, romantic getaway!
