This was our second time staying at Fazio 2, for two and a half weeks! This villa is not only spacious and well-appointed, it sits on the beautiful 18th hole of the Fazio golf course, and is a short bike ride to the beach, as well as pickleball and the General Store. Our two young teens had fun being independent biking around and training for cross country on the many paths throughout PD. The staff were very accommodating when we had an issue arise, and when we decided to stay longer as the unit was available the following week, they worked with us to add extra days with ease! A lovely villa in a beautiful and convenient location.

We had such an amazing family vacation! This is perfect for us, on the golf course and an easy walk to the beach and in the heart of HHI. Wonderful dealing with Hilton Head Properties….very communicative and answered any and all questions promptly. This will not be the last visit! Thank you!

My family and I vacation in HHI every year and this year we loved where we stayed in Palmetto Dunes! A short walk to the beach, the General Store, and pickleball. Great sidewalks for riding bikes/walking/running. The condo was clean and spacious for my family of 5. I really appreciated that it was dog friendly as well. Will definitely stay here again!
