A proposito di questa villa struttura in affitto
Villa Cassia is the perfect location for individuals, families and groups to enjoy the beautiful scenery and relaxing atmosphere that the Roman countryside has to offer in one of the most refined villas out there.
The center of Rome, one of the most romantic, vibrant and inspiring cities in the world is just 25 minutes away from the villa, allowing you to comfortably explore all the history, art, culture and fashion that the eternal city has to offer.
Despite being situated in a very calm countryside corner, Villa Cassia is only 10 minutes away from three of Italy’s main golf courses, 15 minutes away from a “Vallelunga” racing circuit and a comfortable 20 minute car ride to lakes “Bracciano” and “Trevignano” where guests can enjoy numerous water sports. Additional facilities and activities: swimming pool, horse riding, tennis court, and football pitch.
The villa follows traditional countryside design with terracotta floors, wood finishes and offers elegant and spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The villa offers a 200m2, high-ceilinged living room with two sitting areas, a warm fireplace and a TV. Facing the garden and the swimming pool there is an outside terrace, equipped with a BBQ, a pizza oven, a round table for dining on and an outside sitting area. The B&B guests also have access to a tennis court, a football pitch and free parking space.

A fantastic property, both inside and out. The outdoor dining and living area was great and well used. Pool and tennis court on superb condition. The centre of Rome was easily accessible using the punctual trains. Check-in process was so smooth and property full of the essentials that you often have to source yourself. We had a great holoday using this lovely villa as our base. We hope to return very soon!

We were 11 people aged 6-68 who stayed for over a week in the Villa. Everyone except the grandfather wants to come back to the Villa. The grandchildren gave the Villa 8.5. Their parents gave the Villa 8. Grandma and Grandpa, who are more snobbish, gave the Villa 5 (out of 10 possible). The tennis court and outdoor play area were great (8-10). We thought the pool was heated but it wasn't - that was our mistake and at this time of year it was too cold for general use. All our children were happy and the purpose of the trip was therefore achieved.

My husband and I had a micro-wedding at the villa with our immediate family and friends totaling 13 people. The property was stunning and was the perfect backdrop for the ceremony. The house is HUGE and more than comfortably fit everyone with their own bedroom. The space was very clean and all the details are thought of and provided.
We had Roberto cook us a couple of meals and HIGHLY recommend doing that. The food was better than we expected!
Overall, we cannot say enough good things about the space as well as Roberto. He answers your questions immediately and is always available. Would recommend to everyone and would stay again in the future.
