Owners designed the house for themselves personally pouring their hearts out with impeccable attention to detail. You would love beautiful bedrooms, open living room/kitchen, amazing landscaping back yard with multiple sittings areas. Great for entertainment of family & space for the kids to play.

• No 14% LA occupancy tax
• Quiet, safe, upper-middle-class neighborhood
• Recently renovated with brand new furniture and professional interior design

• Bedroom 1: King Bed
• Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed
• Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed, 1 Couch
• Bedroom 4: 2 Double beds, 2 Floor Mattresses
• Living Room: Couch

• Folding beds available for extra guests

Fully access the house, except the right closet inside the king room ( the room is right next to the back yard) we keep bedding stuff inside the closet with a lock

- Please note that we no longer refill propane tank due to our house keeper no longer doing this. You can take the empty tank and go to home depot very close to the house and have it refill. Note they will charge more if you don't have an empty tank.
- Please remember this is a home and not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space with care. If any problem arises, we will do our best to take action ASAP.
- Indoor fireplace is not available for use.

We had an amazing stay at this home! Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and sanitary, which made us feel comfortable right away. The location was perfect, easy to access and in a safe area, with plenty of restaurants and fast food options nearby.
The homeowner was extremely responsive and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
We would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and enjoyable place to stay! See you soon again ..

The property was amazing We had one issue and the staff was amazing and met all are needs and caring and made sure that we felt safe my family is looking forward to our next stay there and definitely booking this home again very clean and pleasant it was beyond our expectations

Clean house the floors, not enough towels for everyone we had to buys some and overall it wasn’t clean there was spiders in back house and what I didn’t understand was why we needed to clean after the cleaning deposit was charged, for not entering into a clean house myself. Very disappointed the lights in the back yard didn’t work the couches could have been wiped down and clean. Let’s put this way it wasn’t like the pictures on vrbo website. Didn’t take any pictures cause I was so disappointed with everything the Bbq grill was so disgusting we couldn’t even cook on it. So we had to go out to eat.
