Enjoy your morning coffee or evening libation while taking in the spectacular view of the St Augustine skyline across the beautiful San Sebastian River harbor.
Bring your boat and leave it in my slip during your stay and leave your car in my garage.
Fish off the dock, sit on the deck, or just lie around the pool and watch the boats heading out. Experienced sailors can go out for a sail in my vintage AMF Sunfish.
10 minute bike ride to downtown. 15 minute drive to the beach. 30 second walk to the pool! Also on almost all local bus lines.

2 bedroom, king in master (loft), double and twin in 2nd bedroom, self-inflatable air mattress for living room.
3-level, loft style townhouse with a private boat-slip, and community pool/dock/deck.
Boat-slip with water and power, accommodates boats up to 38'
Balcony offers a beautiful view of the harbor. Watch jumping fish, hunting wading birds at low tide and the manatees that often come in during mid-tide. Dolphins common in the river. Why pay oceanfront prices when you can get all this?
Quiet community of mostly long-term residents hidden in center of retail district with historic downtown St. Augustine 1.5 mi away. Quiet time after 10 pm.
St Augustine Amphitheater (concerts!), St John's County Ocean (fishing!) Pier, and Anastasia State Park (the beach!) all less than 15 minutes by car across the Rt 312 bridge.
2 Kayaks (Old Town Cayuga 146 touring kayak and 10' Perception Prodigy), 4 bikes, fishing rods in the 1-car garage.
14' AMF Sunfish sailboat.
Flat screen TV w/Xfinity DVR with voice remote and internet connected BluRay DVD player. Bring your Netflix and HBO passwords and login to your account with the DVD or connect your laptop to the TV with my HDMI cable.
One car garage with door opener (remote and keyless entry for self check-in), one numbered outside parking space. Towing enforced.
Store your trailer in the garage and park in the numbered space, or find a spot for your trailer nearby.

Clear instructions, boat dock and great central location.

Location was a 20 minute walk from downtown St. Augustine and a 10 minute walk to restaurants/venues with live music, which was great. Price was very fair for the condition/size/location of the condo. Inclusion of kayaks and bikes and lovely pool area were reasons we chose this rental. Condo was clean (except for grill, which seemed long-neglected). View from balcony and patio were disappointing--lots of chainlink fencing--not as pictured in listing.I don't want to run through the laundry list of issues for which we had to communicate with the manager (most inconvenient: leaking kayak which per neighbor "filled up with water when the last guest tried to use it," bike locks were missing, MBR tub clogged, construction materials and workers all around the pool area and in the designated parking space). Communication with owner--yes, he was very responsive--but the bottom line is that there were too many issues that would have not happened if the owner was local or if he employed a property manager to inspect the property between bookings. Example: The owner told us the day we were to arrive that he "just found out" about the unusable kayak and asked us to purchase another (he did reimburse us and gave us 100 for our trouble) and also asked us to dispose of the damaged kayak because he does not live in the area or have anyone to handle these issues. Lesson learned: ask before booking if owner/manager is local.

My husband and I enjoyed family meals and fishing off the boat docks, watching the birds hunt, had many owl, turtle and dolphin sightings. It was nice to be close to down town but not directly in the thick of traffic. The host was easy to communicate with and responded promptly. Beautiful views morning day and night.

We fell in love with this place from the moment we walked in. We loved the porches off the back doors. It was the perfect size for our family and close to everything. The owner was very communicative. Answered right away when we needed something. This place gets a 10/10 from us. Hands down our best vacation we’ve had.
