Goldcrest is a contemporary glass fronted lakeside home with hot tub set in a 550 acre beautiful Nature Reserve. It has excellent onsite facilities & activities, with luxury spa access, swimming pools, watersports, bike hire, tennis, restaurant, bar & pizza shack.
Sleeping up to 8 in 4x bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & decking area. 1x double ensuite, 2x doubles, 1x twin/double. The open plan living area leads to furnished balcony area, seating, BBQ & panoramic views of Somerford Lagoon. Pets welcome.

• 550 acres of private Nature Reserve, including seven Lakes & three Rivers
• Excellent Water Sports - Paddle boarding, kayak, canoe & rowing boats
• Somerford Lagoon can only be used for non-powered water sports between the 1st of April and the 30th of September
• In order to minimise disturbance to overwintering wildfowl, the footpaths to the Southern and Eastern edge of Somerford Lagoon are not accessible from the 1st of October to the 31st of March
• Spinney Lake is available for non-powered water sports all year.

First time we have stayed, we had a lovely time. The accommodation was great beds comfortable living room with balcony a real treat and enough options to entertain for a peaceful long weekend.

The property was lovely, very clean, well-equipped and in a very good location. It was quiet and peaceful, but close to the estate facilities including the excellent pool complex and the bar/restaurant. Catherine, the owner, was very helpful and went beyond our expectations to resolve the one issue that we had while we were there. The estate managers, Orion, were less helpful with a few queries we had before we went. The estate is well-provided with things to do and well-situated for other activities in the Cotswold Lakes and to visit Cirencester.

We had an important birthday and rented 3 houses on Clearwater. Ours was the favourite. So comfortable and perfect for entertaining. We might be back!EV
