This very nice upstairs studio apartment sleeps 2 people maximum. No Pets, No Smoking, No Incense Burning. This studio is equipped with a queen bed, hardwood floors, granite counters, shower/bathtub, full kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, cooking utensils, a 30-inch flat-screen TV, cable TV, WI-FI internet access, leather couch, full-size washer & dryer, laundry soap, fabric sheets, surround sound for stereo, central heat & air, towels, sheets, pillows, bedding, and outdoor uncovered parking and a small balcony with a bench.
The view is residential (nothing fancy) but this studio is a luxurious steal in Charleston. Sorry, but due to extreme differences in preferences for personal items (such as soaps, body washes, toothpaste, and razors) we do not supply these items.

The rental is in a residential area with neighbors, but private. Everything was nice and clean when we arrived, and a lot of extra touches. Tony was a great host! I highly recommend, and would stay there again for sure.

Don’t let the exterior fool you, this studio was everything you can dream of. Tony ch cj Ed in each day through text to make sure everything was going smoothly.
