Inside, you can find a kitchen equipped with induction burners, a bathroom with a washing machine, and a garden with a table, umbrella, and lounge chairs. Free Wi-Fi is available in some outdoor areas. Public or street parking is available. Bed sheets and towels are not provided, but there are blankets and pillows. In winter, heating is provided by a pellet stove. Upon arrival, guests will be asked for a 50 euros deposit, which will be retained by the owner if the apartment is not tidy and clean at the end of the stay and if waste is not properly separated into the designated bins.
In the village of Villeneuve, just a few kilometers away, you will find a mini-market, a bar, a restaurant, a pizzeria, a pastry shop, a shoe and sports equipment store, a pharmacy, a tobacconist and newsstand, a bank branch, a sports center with an outdoor swimming pool, and facilities for rafting/canoeing.
For the more active, it’s a great starting point both in winter for skiing (just a stone's throw from the main ski resorts) and in summer (hiking, rafting/kayaking, mountain biking). Near Introd, you can visit the Parc Animalier and the Pope museum in Combes.
For cultural activities, it’s possible to visit most of the medieval castles (the nearest being Villeneuve, Saint-Pierre, Introd, Aymavilles, Sarre) as well as the Fort of Bard, Fénis Castle, and many others. Other recommended visits include those to Roman Aosta.
