Wow - what can I say? Location is amazing - on the spit, beach on your doorstep on 1 side, river on the other side. Clean, spacious, modern apartment. The jewel in the crown is the private rooftop spa/bbq area - just magical. We decided we could very easily retire here.Kitchen is very well equipped. Tempur mattress in main bedroom was the best mattress we’ve ever slept on.
Only negative was the 2nd bedroom has a very musty smell coming from cupboards - potentially a damp/mould issue.
Other than that 5 stars all the way and would def stay again.

This property is great but just be mindful that it is up a few fights of stairs and there is no elevator.
The location is great with only a short stroll to the main esplanade and walk across the carpark to the beach.
The rooftop area is great however it is up more stairs and separate to the actual unit.
