Enjoy your private entrance and private fenced backyard only 30 steps away to street parking. The space includes a queen hybrid mattress, futon couch, table for 2, a fully stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee station, and a 43 inch TV with Roku and free Netflix. Downtown Memphis is only 2 miles away or walk to local bars in the Cooper Young and Overton Square districts.

The host communicated with all the information we needed. The location was beautiful in a nice part of Memphis! A great neighborhood to go walking in. It was a cute place with a side yard! Though my husband I found it to be a bit small (couldn't leave our suitcase open and the shower a bit tight), we would stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay. The guest house was cozy and felt very private. The owner was quick to respondto our questions. Will definitely stay again on a future visit.
