Why Families Come Back

together, play together, unplug together, and create traditions they'll remember for years. Some of
our youngest guests can't wait to come back to see Sunny, Scout, and Ranger again... and to beat their family's score in the Bear Cave Arcade!

Absolutely loved this space! The game room was a big hit! We loved that we were close to Vogal state park! The cabin was so pretty and had so many things to keep us entertained!

Make sure you drive something with FWD! The gravel road to the house is very long and winding. We were surprised to see a deck under construction when we arrived. There were building materials left out, including nails on the ground. It would have been helpful to know beforehand as we had our 3 small children with us. When we first arrived, the water was not working. I messaged the host and got a quick response and she sent a neighbor over who was able to find the problem and fix it quickly. We noticed the water backing up in the shower and toilets if two or more people shower back to back. The basement (where the daybed is) was too cold for anyone to sleep down there at night. It’s controlled by the same thermostat as the main floor, but we couldn’t get it warm enough without it being too hot on the main floor. Turns out it was for the best, since we found mouse poop in the sheets later. The hot tub was nice, but beware of screws sticking up on the deck/back porch! Overall we had a good time, but probably won’t book this house again.
