We had a great stay overall and would definitely recommend this Vrbo. There were a few minor issues when we first arrived, but Laura and Ken addressed them quickly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was resolved. They were responsive, thoughtful, and clearly care about their guests having the best possible experience. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time. The setting at Playa Royale is fantastic, and the staff there are truly exceptional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. “Amazing” honestly feels like an understatement. We really appreciated the effort put in to make our stay enjoyable, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.
