Sol Spa Oasis is a modern and stylish paradise retreat with a wonderfully elevated waterfront location on the exclusive Kennedy Point in sunny Surfdale. With expansive decks front and back, outdoor entertainment areas and a luxury spa pool perfectly positioned to capture the gloriously close sea views across the glistening harbour; this is a fabulous island find.
The interior is bright and modern, with open plan living flowing out onto front and back decks which are perfect for watching the boats in the harbour. Enjoy a thoughtfully designed getaway with everything you could need in a home away from home, including Wi-Fi, Smart TV and iPod docking station.
Bedroom 1 has a queen-sized bed and bedroom 2 has a double bunk (top bunk suitable for children only)
Sol Spa Oasis is a chic, yet laidback, sanctuary with beachy styling and fun pops of colour. The hardwood flooring is ideal for sandy feet after a morning dip, with three swimming beaches close by. The covered ocean-facing deck at the rear is the ideal place to enjoy a BBQ dinner in the evening sun, before relaxing in the spa pool under a starlit sky.
The sought after location has it all with waterfront sea views, a quiet no-exit street and the car and passenger ferry just down the road. Located close to the best that Waiheke has to offer from world-class vineyards to pristine white sandy beaches. Why not stroll down to Kennedy Point vineyard for a glass of wine before having a swim at sheltered Takirau Bay! Both Oneroa (with its shopping and restaurants) and the Ostend supermarket (next to the vibrant hub of shops and cafes, including the famous Saturday markets) are less than 10 minutes drive away.

We celebrated our son’s 11th birthday.
It was a lovely Bach, the scenery was breathtaking. The hot spa was the cherry on the cake.
Looking forward to our next visit.

We loved the location. The house was clean, updated, warm (with a heat pump) and tidy. The spa pool and views were amazing. Main bedroom was comfy. Second bedroom had a double/single bunk. However, double bed under was a tight squeeze with the head room and ladder at one end of the bed. Bathroom was clean and large. Large enough to accommodate another shelf unit. We would suggest instructions for how to access TV channels. Could not get TV Box to work. Our stay was 4 nights. After asking for the access to a washing machine, we finally had access on our last day there. For next visitors, I suggest that they tell the guests where the key for washing machine is. We found drying clothes an issue due to the time of year that we were there. Would suggest a drying rack for winter visitors. I would recommend this stay to others.

The property is modern and cozy, the garden was our favourite part; beautifully decorated and with amazing views to the sea. Very relaxing weekend at Sol Spa Oasis, we would totally love to be back.
