A proposito di questa villa struttura in affitto
In the heart of the Vosges Mountains, between Gérardmer and St. Dié, lies our newly renovated "Villa Sphinx": the ideal accommodation for families and groups of up to 15 people.
Five of the double rooms feature their own very modern bathrooms with walk-in showers. Two additional beds can be added to one of the rooms.
A sixth double room is connected via a bathroom to a seventh room with bunk beds, making it ideal for use as a family room.
The completely renovated kitchen is specially equipped for groups and features two ovens and two dishwashers.
The heart of the villa is the spacious, open-concept living and dining room. The large table offers plenty of space for shared meals. The highlight of the living room is the large open fireplace, which creates a cozy atmosphere on cooler days.
A separate room features a foosball table and a bar area, perfect for social evenings.
The large, park-like property with a spacious terrace and a built-in grill is surrounded by a hedge and offers plenty of space for sunbathing, relaxing, playing, and enjoying barbecues together.
Nature lovers will find plenty to enjoy here. Various hiking trails begin right behind the house, or you can use the nearby “voie verte” path for bike rides, inline skating, or walking.
Various mountain bike trails are also directly accessible from the house.
The on-site garage provides space for two cars or for storing bicycles and motorcycles. Additional parking is available directly on the property.
All the major stores for daily necessities, as well as various restaurants, are within walking distance.
In the summer, several nearby lakes are perfect for water sports or swimming. The well-known town of Gérardmer is only about 15 minutes away from this accommodation and offers all kinds of recreational activities.
In the winter, the ski resorts of Gérardmer, La Bresse, and Lac Blanc are about 20 minutes away.
A stay at the villa is also ideal for excursions to “Le Hohneck” on the Vosges ridge (Route des Crêtes) or to Alsace. Our guests receive a comprehensive leisure guide upon booking. We’re happy to assist with planning your stay and are available throughout your visit with tips and insider information.

This was our 2nd visit to Dominika’s property as it is in a superb cycling location and the spacious and well equipped gÎte is perfect for relaxing and bicycle storage. Dominika’s hosting is the icing on the cake.

Superb location for cycling. Routes available in all directions and with a decent amount of climbing too. The gîte is as good as one can get, all the facilities are spot on. It’s located in a quiet position with easy access to the shops/Super U in Anould.
With a very helpful host too, it doesn’t get much better.

We had an incredible family trip staying at Villa Sphinx! The spacious and comfortable layout provided ample room for everyone, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. The kids/adults were thrilled with the ping pong table and foosball game, providing endless entertainment. Overall, a wonderful experience that we'd highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.
