A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Kalypso’s Nest is a place like no other!
This beautifully styled oceanfront condo sits directly above the vibrant Carolina Beach Boardwalk, offering a rare blend of comfort, convenience, and calm.
Whether you’re planning a romantic coastal escape, a work-from-the-beach week, or a spontaneous getaway, Kalypso’s Nest is built for pause, peace, and play — just steps from white sand and waves.
WHO IS KALYPSO?
In ancient Greek mythology, Kalypso is the daughter of the Titan, Atlas. Known as a radiantly beautiful sea nymph, she prevents Odysseus - the hero of the Trojan War - from returning home. Kalypso would rescue the shipwrecked Odysseus and nurse him to health on her island paradise.
Kalypso’s Nest carries that same spirit: a refuge by the sea, a place to rest and refresh.
This modern, coastal-chic condo is styled in calming tones of grey and sand, with macramé accents and a layout that lets light, sea air, and serenity flow.
You’ll enjoy:
• Queen bed in the private bedroom
• Queen Crate & Barrel sleeper sofa in the living room
• Smart TVs in both spaces for streaming your favorites
• High-speed WiFi for remote work or digital detox
• A fully stocked kitchen with ocean views and dining for 6
• Washer/dryer, dishwasher, and central A/C for added comfort
ADDED 06/25: New living room shades for filtered daylight by day and full privacy at night — a highly requested amenity for remote workers and couples.
And that balcony? It's your front-row seat to the Carolina Beach experience! This is where live music, festivals, and summertime fireworks light up your evenings, and the sun and energy all rise to meet the tide.
**Temporary building notice on 06/22/26: The building elevator may be out of service for integral machine repairs through August 10, 2026. Guests may need to use the stairs during this period.**
Carolina Beach is that rare blend of beautiful, relaxing, and FUN!
The internationally celebrated travel periodical CONDE NAST Traveler said of Carolina Beach:
"Carolina Beach checks all the right boxes: wide expanses of white sand abutting gentle seagrassed dunes, a water line that's tame enough for body-surfing youngsters, and—best of all—a boardwalk complete with ice cream shops, hot dog vendors, and a smattering of carnival rides.
The best view comes from atop the Ferris wheel, naturally, but save some time to hit the park for an easy hike through its sandy pine-bound trails."

We had a wonderful stay, the location was fabulous. The condo itself was nice. The elevator being out of order was a problem that did not get fixed!

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the Kalypso's Nest. The unit was extremely clean, comfortable, well stocked with all your needs, and the view was amazing. It is very quiet and well insulated even though you are so close to all the action. The owners were very responsive and welcoming. Everything was easy and delightful. We look forward to a future stay. Highly recommend.

Very convenient location and parking lot. The unit had nice furnishings with a well equipped kitchen. The bathroom is extremely small for more than 2 adults. The biggest issue was the lack of warning that the pull out couch was basically front row seats to a very loud, very bright carnival that ran until midnight every night. Additionally the shades over the large windows were almost sheer and insufficient to block light or noise so 5:30am wake up call. I thankfully travel with an eye mask and ear plugs but be warned.
