The house was updated recently and very clean. The decor was very well done with the beach theme. We enjoyed both the sun room and patio out back. The house was very comfortable and the location was great for access to everything we wanted to do. Need a vehicle to get to the beach...but that was expected. The living room was great for cuddling up and watching a movie and the kitchen was very well appointed for cooking a meal or heating up a pizza.Communication with owner of property was great and they were very responsive. We would definitely consider staying at this property again if/when we return to this area.

Place was as advertised. Inside pictures are accurate. Location was convenient and close to our friends. Owner was responsive and friendly. The only draw back was the neighborhood. It was a residential neighborhood and suspect this is the only rental in the area. Lots of early morning traffic, yard and back patio was not useful, and would suggest owner put in a gas grill. We missed having that in our rental.
