With ample space for boat parking and convenient access from both the front and rear of the property, bringing along the boat for days on the water couldn't be easier.

Inside, this classic bach has been thoughtfully renovated to combine its timeless character with modern style. Bright, open living spaces create a welcoming atmosphere, while large ranch slider doors provide effortless indoor-outdoor flow, allowing fresh sea breezes and natural light to fill the home. Comfortable furnishings and generous living areas ensure there's plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day of adventure, with accommodation for up to six guests.

Perfectly positioned, Heatherington Haven places you within easy walking distance of everything Whangamatā has to offer. Stroll just five minutes to the local supermarket for holiday essentials, or wander ten minutes to the Whangamatā Wharf for a morning swim, an evening walk, or a spot of fishing. The town's beautiful beach, cafés, boutique shops, and popular surf breaks are all close by.

Whether you're seeking summer sunshine or a peaceful coastal escape, Heatherington Haven is ready to welcome you.
This property is perfect for parking large boats as drive in one gateway and out the other. There is also enough room to turn around on the section for 5m boats, a filleting station near by and a hose for boat washing (not on tank water so fewer restrictions).

Please note that tents are NOT ALLOWED at the property.
