This massive retreat sleeps 23 guests, with additional cottages available on the property to accommodate up to 66 guests in total. The centerpiece is a massive great room featuring dining for 20, a 6-seat bar, and a 720 square foot deck with private hot tub overlooking the ocean.

Master suite with queen bed and private bath
Oceanfront room with gas fireplace, king bed, and shared bath
King bedroom with shared bath
Spacious bunk room with:
- Two double bunks
- Queen bed
- Sleeper sofa
- Private bath
Two additional full bathrooms
Large sectional around gas fireplace
Main deck with private hot tub and ocean views
Kitchen deck with gas grill
Lower Level (exterior access):
Independent living space with full kitchen
- Bedroom with a queen bed
- Gas fireplace
- Twin over full bunk bed in attached room off bedroom

Note: Lower level is only accessible from outside (no interior staircase).

Wanted beautiful ocean views and this place did not disappoint! Place is enormous and had everything we needed, far exceeding expectations. Pictures, although very nice, do not do it justice. The kitchen could have just about anything you need. House was very clean and well decorated. My family spent several hours in the game room, creating lasting memories. The walk to the ocean was quick and quaint. Everyone in my group was very impressed with this rental...we already are looking forward to going back someday!!

Fantastic spot for a family gathering! The location was perfect, right by the beach. Lots of room for everyone to visit and enjoy themselves. We had fun playing ping pong, making sand castles on the beach, and hot tubbing. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, including a grill! Love this place! We will likely be back for our next family gathering. Thank you so much for providing such a wonderful space!
