Sports harbour 3.4 km, golf course (18 hole) 6.4 km, tennis 3.2 km, riding stable 2.6 km, sports centre 3.2 km, walking paths from the house 2.5 km, cycle lane 2 km. Nearby attractions: Alcúdia Old Town 4.6 km, Playa de Muro 1 km, Can Picafort 7.5 km, Palma City 51 km, Playa y Faro de Formentor, Mallorca Fashion Outlet & Cinemas 42 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Mayor 400 m. Hiking paths: Puig de Sant Martí 2.5 km, Parque Natural Albufera de Mallorca 2.3 km, Atalaya de Alcúdia 10 km. Object suitable for 6 adults. What we loved: The location, the gorgeous view, the walking path along the berm, the terrace and rooftop deck, the washer, the space (3br, 2ba), the private parking. If not for the issues noted, we would rate it a 5* and strongly recommend. The issues: Others mentioned a sewer smell. This was definitely an issue for us, and disappointing; tiny ants in the kitchen and living room; Hotel across the street blasting music (it ended each night by 11:00p, so wasn't an issue for sleeping).
