The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Apartment was clean and well equipped except for no washing machine (an oversight on our part when booking). A renovation with periodic hammering and drilling was ongoing in the building, which the agency failed to mention at booking or any time in advance of our stay. Also, while on a seemingly quiet side street, it seemed to be a route of choice at 3-4 in the morning after after clubs closed. Arabella was an excellent contact at the agency, very responsive and provided helpful suggestions.

Unfortunately not as advertised. Could be cleaner and property needs to be maintained better..do not consider this a luxury apartment as its repeatedly advertised.
