The apartment features 3 large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a stylish living room, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a relaxing stay. It also includes air conditioning, heating, free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, safe, and elevator access.
🛏️ Towels, bed linen, and toiletries are provided for your convenience.

In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register obligatorily. To facilitate this, we provide our guests with an app to register all guests before their arrival date.
Tourist tax not included in the price.€6.88 per adult per night. Please note that the Barcelona City Council will increase the city tax from €6.88 per person per night to €10.45 per person per night starting April 1st, 2026.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. A penalty of €100 will be charged for smoking inside the apartment.
No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

I had such a wonderful experience staying at this apartment in Barcelona. The location was ideal—close to great restaurants, shops, and easy access to transportation, yet still quiet and relaxing at night. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The host was warm, responsive, and made everything so easy from check-in to check-out. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the stay extra special. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Barcelona and would love to come back on my next trip!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Barcelona. The place is very spacious and beautifully designed, with everything you need to feel right at home. The location is perfect – right in the city center and within walking distance to most of the main attractions. The service was excellent as well, with very kind and helpful hosts who made everything easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Barcelona

Nice location, friendly hosts with great communication. Roomy, clean and well maintained apartment was perfect for my wife and I and our two grown sons. Would stay there again when in town!

This property was wonderful. We were greeted by a very friendly host and given a rundown of the apartment. It was a perfect fit for our family of 5, including my 87 year old mother. Enough room for all of us. The neighborhood was full of cafes, markets and restaurants. Just a short walk to the Gothic Quarter and Las Ramblas. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for our short stay. Kitchen was well equipped, we used it for coffee and breakfast and we enjoyed being steps from restaurants for lunch and dinner. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood just outside the busy tourist areas.
