High-quality apartment on the upper floor over two levels for up to 4 people.
The apartment "leisure time" for 4 people is located in close proximity to the Greetsiel twin mills and is only a few minutes walk from the town and the port. It has a living space of approx. 75 square meters.
The apartment has a fully equipped, separate kitchen with all electrical appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.), a living / dining area, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. In the attic there is another bedroom with two single beds (each 100x200cm). There is also a second toilet on the top floor.
There is a TV in both the living room and the bedroom.
A balcony with garden furniture and a parking space belong to the apartment.
The overall equipment corresponds to sophisticated living requirements (underfloor heating, electric shutters, lockable bike shed, etc.).
Below this apartment is the apartment "breathing space". If necessary, two spatially close apartments can be booked.
