This beautiful 5-bedroom 4-bath villa is everything you've been looking for on your beach-filled vacation! Only a 5-minute 400-meter walk to the county's largest public beach with crystal white sands. Its perfect location allows for an easy visit to World Famous "Pompano Joe's" restaurant/tiki bar and the Miramar public beach access, where you can soak up the sun during the day and have a cozy bonfire with the sunset! Take a morning stroll or bike down the beach boardwalk and enjoy the festivities and fun Miramar Beach is known for!
This energy-efficient "Earth Cents" home includes a 2-car garage, community pool, paved driveway, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in the kitchen & baths, two sets of built-in bunk beds, hardwood flooring, porcelain tile, and crown molding. The open living area, kitchen, and outdoor spaces are ideal for large gatherings. Balconies off the living room and the 2nd-floor front bedroom. Spacious master bedroom/bath with a large walk-in closet, garden tub, and oversized shower round out the luxurious features of this home. The living room tv has a catalog of over 1000 movies and shows.

Each bedroom and living room has a smart streaming TV with all major streaming channels. Bring your passwords to access channels such as Netflix, Prime, Disney+, etc.
A beach cart and four beach chairs are provided for your convenience. We offer discounts on bicycles, scooters, and golf carts.
Our concierge can arrange golf, dining, water sports, fishing trips, and other services before your visit or during your stay.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.
*Spa Quality amenities are provided, featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, towels, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, and lotions. Additional amenities are the guest's responsibility to purchase.
AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.
Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Thank you for understanding!
PET POLICY This property is dog-friendly for up to 2 dogs, each weighing under 50 lbs, provided they are well-trained. A $350 flat pet fee per dog, per stay applies. Dog owners accept full responsibility for their dog(s) during their stay. Please note that if pets are not declared prior to booking, an additional non-refundable charge may apply. To avoid this, please ensure all pet details are shared before travel. Please inquire for any special circumstances or exceptions.

Everything was clean, easy to check in. When I reached out to the property manager they were quick to answer and polite. Definitely recommend to book this stay!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Close proximity to the gulf, easy to get to any restaurant or attractions. The house was clean on arrival. Beds and bedrooms were nice. Need little more seating in the living room and the kitchen wasnt stock with alot of stuff to cook at home. But overall it was a great place to vacation at

We stayed at this home in 2024 and it was perfect. The sofa has been replaced with one that seats fewer people and is extremely uncomfortable. Now there isn’t enough seating in the living room for the amount of people the home sleeps The bedroom on the main level was very hot and could not be cooled down. There were much fewer kitchen utensils than last year as well. It was certainly not as clean as last year either. Other people’s clothing was found in one of the bedrooms and there was hair in one of the tubs. Just sharing so the owner is aware.On the plus side, it’s a very short walk to the beach and is spacious and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay. Hopefully the things mentioned can be improved and we can stay again next summer.

Large place and accommodates the number of guests suggested. There were two families in our party. We enjoyed the layout, decor and the fully stocked (with dishes and small appliances) kitchen. Proximity to beach was great and pool was also nice. A few things would have made our stay more enjoyable. The mattresses are not comfortable and the blankets are thin. While thin is nice in summer, there were no extra blankets for those who wanted them. The lowest level does not cool well and has an overall humid feel and smelled like mildew. Those who slept downstairs were not thrilled. Also, the washer and dryer are not the ones pictured. The current machines are tiny and not what we expected or what works for such a large group. The fan in the bunk room is dangerous if on when entering top bunk. The living room set up does not work for large groups.
