The Space:
A beautiful and comfortable apartment on the third floor in a quiet neighborhood in less than 100m from Navarinou street, the long beach of the city.
It is about a house carefully and tastefully decorated.

It has an open-plan living-kitchen area with a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people and a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals with our local products.

There is a comfortable bedroom with a double bed where you will find a tv, a ceiling fan and a bright equipped bathroom.
At the living room there is a tv and A/C. Also, you will find very helpful the washing machine.

Just a short walk away you will find S/M, local shops, traditional taverns, the municipal stadium and gym and everything else you need for your holiday.
Very close to the site there is a bus stop in all directions of the city and the suburbs.

Guest Access:
The guests will have access to all the spaces of the house and at the balcony.

The Neighborhood:
Next to the Marina, the picturesque harbor and the large park with the award-winning open-air museum of the railway, less than 100m from the sandy beach and 2km from the city center.

In the neighborhood you will find S/M, cafés, taverns, traditional shops and municipal sports centers.
The city has a large cycle path for the guests to enjoy the walks by the beach and the downtown.

Visit the historic center (2 km) with its picturesque streets, the Museums (Archaeological, Folk, Military, Archaeological, Benaki Museum, etc), the Venetian Castle (3 km) traditional taverns.

The distance from the city's international airport is at 10 km.
Kalamata has plenty of large beaches (sandy and with pebbles) that will satisfy even the most demanding visitor.
