A proposito di questa casa struttura in affitto
Step into a storybook 1910 bungalow and experience Coeur d'Alene the way it's meant to be—on foot, at your own pace, with everything right outside your door. Perfectly located in the heart of downtown, you're just steps from McEuen Park's sprawling green space, where kids can run through the splash pad, climb the playground, or play a game of pickleball while you relax on the lawn.
From there, it's an easy walk to Tubbs Hill—one of CDA's most loved experiences. Wander the scenic trails, cross tucked-away paths, and discover hidden coves and quiet lake viewpoints that feel like your own private escape. Start your mornings with a peaceful walk to Sanders Beach or catch sunrise at Independence Point, where the lake comes alive and the boardwalk begins to buzz with energy.
Spend your days exploring downtown without ever needing a car—boutique shopping, coffee stops, lakeside lunches, and evening dining are all just minutes away. Grab an ice cream, stroll along the waterfront, or simply wander and see where the day takes you. This location makes it effortless to experience everything Coeur d'Alene is known for.
After a full day out, return to the warmth and charm of your bungalow. Inside, natural light fills the space, inviting you to slow down and settle in. Gather in the cozy living room, share a home-cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen, or unwind after a long day of exploring. Whether it's a quiet winter evening or a summer night after the lake, this home wraps you in comfort.
With its blend of historic character and thoughtful updates, this isn't just a place to stay—it's part of the experience. A home that lets you live Coeur d'Alene, not just visit it.
If location makes the trip, this is where it all comes together.

First off, the communication from the host from the day we booked until the day we departed the property was the best we've ever had at any vacation rental property. They alerted us that the property was ready and available to access earlier than anticipated. There were a few questions we had and within minutes of texting, we had answers. They were professional yet personable. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Great location to trails and downtown!

True to the description, this is a perfect location to surrounding attractions. We walked, without difficulty, to the boardwalk, beach, downtown shopping and food. We brought bikes and used those as well, conveniently from house. What is also true is some of the reviews. House is old and could use replacement of carpet, kitchen chairs with stains on fabric and there is an uneven feel to flooring as well, however the location overrides these small issues and the house was clean. We would stay again without hesitation!

The location is perfect. Right in town. However, not sure when the pictures were taken because the property did not appear as in the photos. The porch was dirty, the plants dead. Inside, the carpet was stained and filthy which made me wonder how clean the rest of the place was. The floors are uneven as if the foundation has shifted. Overall we had a good time, but the host needs to put some serious money into the place, or depict it more accurately.
