Bienvenido a Un Regalo del Cielo! (Welcome to A Gift from Heaven). This award winning renovated Penthouse condo is located in the 5 de Diciembre neighborhood, just north of the Malecon in Downtown Puerto Vallarta. Experience the beautiful views of the bay and the city, along with the gorgeous sunsets from your own private rooftop terrace while you relax in the hot tub. Enjoy the convenience of being within a short walk to the beach, the Malecón and many of the incredible restaurants and bars that PV has to offer.
The building has secured entry and is comprised of 15 units. There is a shared rooftop pool, only a few steps down from the the entry to Un Regalo del Cielo. The condo has booster Wifi and the complex offers WiFi throughout the building and a small air conditioned workout room.
This condo has two master bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms and smart TV's.
The kitchen contains state of the art appliances, including refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, coffee maker w/ grinder, blender and a wine cooler. It is well stocked with most of the utensils you'd find at home.
When staying here you will be able to enjoy the privacy of your own rooftop terrace. On the terrace you will find the hot tub, patio furniture, fire pit table, lounge chairs, a custom made stand alone bar, refrigerator, ice maker and a BBQ for your enjoyment. The washer and dryer are also located on the terrace. There is also a half bathroom on the terrace. The terrace is above the unit and can only be accessed via the floating stairwell within the unit. From the Terrace you can enjoy the sensational views of the ocean and the city along with incredible sunsets and nightly fireworks over the bay. In the Spring you can witness incredible shows put on by humpback whales in the Bay of Banderas.
The rooftop pool sits below the stairwell entry to Un Regalo del Cielo. This shared area has lounge chairs, patio furniture, a 1/2 bathroom, a BBQ and an outdoor rinsing shower for your use.
The beach, Playa Camarones, is seven short blocks from the condo and takes 5-7 minutes to walk, depending on your pace. The heart of Puerto Vallarta, "The Malecón", is 12 blocks away and takes 10-14 minutes to get to on foot. Old Town, also referred to as the Romantic Zone or Los Muertos Beach, is 2km (1.24 miles) away and takes 25-27 minutes to walk to along the Malecón.
With the help of an incredible property management company, Life Property Management, we will do what we can to make your vacation an incredible experience with the intent of seeing you return again and again.

Everything about this place is great. The door opens right out to the pool which is shared with the few other units in the building. The roof level is private to the unit and offers breathtaking views. It was a pretty easy walk to the beach or to other nearby attractions. Uber and Uber Eats deliver. The staff was also quite ground helpful.

This place was awesome. Rich (owner) and Angel (prop mgr) were great and easy to communicate with. This was truly a home away from home, everything you would need is here. Spices, coffee, chip clip bags! EVERYTHING. Plus, there was a wonderful gift basket of fruit, chips and a bottle of wine upon arrival. They really are thinking of the guest experience here. You are in the heart of the neighborhood, which includes some of the noises. None of it was bad. At night, we used either the provided Alexa or used our phone for background sleep noise and slept well. Speaking of Alexa, there is one in each bedroom, living room and awesome upstairs deck. Hung out in the hot tub while watching the beautiful sunset/sunrises. There were games, floaties for the pool, movies - anything you need. It is located towards the top of the hill, so put your walking shoes on (if you choose). We got Uber's all the time as well, no issues. Local market near by if you want to stay in and cook (because seriously, kitchen is top notch) or restaurants / taco and churro stands near by if you want to get out there. 100% recommend and we will definitely be back. (Ate every damn hotdog on the plate) heh.

The location was perfect blocks away from the market, downtown and the beach. The view is amazing saw Moma whale and calf breaching with a simple travel set of binoculars I took. The condo is one of the cleanest I have ever stayed at. They provided housekeeping mid stay and the service was exceptional. Condo is well stocked, the heated pool and patio are really nice and new. The private patio upstairs was my personal favorite. It is lined with beautiful pots and plants it is shaded, has a bathroom, a bar, music player and has the best view. No reason to leave the condo
