Spend your dream holiday in this luxurious holiday home with pool.

The modern Villa Ulmus welcomes you, surrounded by idyllic nature, picturesque vineyards and a small forest. Built with high-quality materials and elegantly furnished, this holiday home is the ideal accommodation for families or friends who want to combine relaxation with delightful excursions. Large windows flood the cosy interior with plenty of natural daylight and offer a beautiful view of the garden, which you can enjoy during harmonious meals at the inviting dining table. Listen to the crackling of the open fire during stimulating conversations, cosy TV evenings or relaxing reading sessions.

Refresh yourself in the beautiful pool, recharge your batteries on the sun lounger and treat yourself to a glass of wine on the terrace or a cosy dip in the whirlpool at sunset. Organise atmospheric barbecue evenings and let your children have fun playing on the trampoline, in the sandpit or in the playhouse.

Explore the idyllic surroundings on a bike tour and go on excursions to medieval Motovun, Pore, lively Pula or Rovinj. Taste regional specialities at colourful markets and in cosy taverns, hike with your dog through the vineyards and picturesque, unspoilt landscapes, play golf and visit the international film festival in Motovun in July.
