Your Perfect Florida Escape Awaits!
Welcome to your home‑away‑from‑home — a bright, spacious 4‑bedroom retreat designed for families, friends, and anyone craving sunshine, comfort, and unforgettable memories. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel the peaceful energy of this home and the charm of the Spring Hill area.
Where Relaxation Meets Fun
One of my favorite things about this property is the heated 12x24 screened‑in pool — it’s truly the heart of the home. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning swim as the sun rises or taking a refreshing evening dip under the stars, the pool always feels like your own private oasis.
The backyard is just as inviting: a fully fenced, private space with plenty of room to unwind, grill, laugh, and make memories. Fire up the BBQ for a family cookout, let the kids and pets roam freely, or simply relax with a drink in hand while soaking in the Florida breeze. It’s peaceful, safe, and wonderfully private — exactly what a vacation should feel like.
Comfort, Space & Everything You Need
Inside, the home is designed for comfort and connection. The newly upgraded AC system keeps every room cool and refreshing, even on the warmest Florida days.
You’ll love the fully stocked kitchen, perfect for everything from quick breakfasts before heading to the springs to full family dinners after a day of adventure. With both a living room and a family room, everyone has space to spread out — watch a movie, play games, or simply relax after a fun‑filled day.
The large yard is another feature I personally love. It’s perfect for outdoor games, or giving your pets the freedom to enjoy vacation too.
A Special Bonus for Longer Stays
Guests staying 7+ days receive a FREE Blue Tooth portable speaker — perfect for poolside playlists, and relaxing music while you unwind.

Spring Hill is a hidden gem, and staying here puts you close to some of Florida’s most unique natural attractions. Just minutes away is the world‑famous Weeki Wachee Springs, home of crystal‑clear waters, manatees, kayaking, and the iconic mermaid show.

Thank you so much Robert and Sharon for sharing your beautiful home with us! We had the best time ever and really enjoyed our time with our family in your home. Very welcoming. spacious, clean, had everything we needed from toiletries, cleaning supplies, pool towels, utensils and extremely comfortable to accommodate all 5 of us and our 2 furry families. We enjoyed our welcome chocolates as well!! The host is very kind and excellent with communicating with you very quickly.... probably one of the best hosts we've ever had the pleasure of renting from. Simple, easy & perfect!! We'll definitely be renting with Robert again with our future vacations!!
