This apartment is great! It's much larger than the photos show. The location could not be better. Hosts were very easy to work with and answered any questions I had immediately. I would stay here again.

Our welcoming host met us at the doorstep and helped us figure out the hot water heating system. The apartment is on the 3rd floor so be prepared for stairs! But we really enjoyed the neighborhood and being so close to the Palazzo Pitti and Boboli gardens was a treat!

Lovely apartment, close enough to the historic centre to be an easy walk while not being aggressively busy.

The kitchen didn’t have towels and the host didn’t seem to mind us using bath towels instead when we mentioned it. The stove top didn’t work properly and only 3 of 4 burners. The toilet seat is loose too so in general the place could use a bit more care/attention for guests. There seemed to be 3 people communicating too which was confusing.
