Modern 1-bedroom, 2-bath luxury condo in the heart of Puerto Vallarta's Romantic Zone (Zona Romántica), sleeping 3 with a king bed and queen sofa bed. You're just steps from Los Muertos Beach and the Malecón, with a private ocean-view terrace, a full chef's kitchen, fast fiber Wi-Fi, air conditioning throughout, an in-unit LG washer/dryer, and access to a spectacular shared rooftop infinity pool, jacuzzi, and full-service bar.
Welcome to Casa Creciente, your high-end hideaway in one of Puerto Vallarta's most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods. The building is one of the most striking new boutique developments in the Romantic Zone—and this particular condo is one of the finest units in it, upgraded in every detail for a stay that feels both luxurious and genuinely personal.
More than twice the size of a typical hotel room, the condo was designed for comfort and relaxation. Every finish, fixture, and furnishing has been thoughtfully elevated: a plush king bed, designer sofa, motorized blackout blinds with sheer curtains, upgraded cabinetry, a dramatic granite backsplash, and a dual-vanity primary bath. The open-concept kitchen and living area flow seamlessly onto a private terrace with sweeping views of the ocean, the city, and the Sierra Madre mountains—ideal for coffee at sunrise or cocktails at sunset.

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Creciente immensely. The unit is a very beautiful apartment and the owners put a lot of thoughtful effort in amenities and comfort -- the kitchen was stocked, the bed was very comfortable, the ensuite bath was roomy and luxurious, the Apple HomePod speaker was a nice touch to play music, the laundry facilities were a great convenience, and the rest of the space was just so great to hang out in, including the balcony for dining or drinking wine. I don't think I've stayed in a place with such a nice rooftop pool area. Heated pool, comfortable seating, and the small bar was the perfect added touch. While we were there during the lively holiday week, the unit was very quiet at night. The owners were very responsive to the few questions we had. We love this unit and expect many happy returns.

Thank you Adam and Timothy for an amazing first trip to PV! We had a fantastic time exploring the city and nature around PV. The apartment was exactly as seen in the photos, clean, comfortable and well equipped! We especially loved the rooftop pool where we met amazing individuals from around the world.
