Everything was perfect and Jessica was easy to work with and answered all our questions. Would definitely stay in her unit again.

Tldr - This place was great, the host was great, I would definitely, and plan to come back again!!The condo looked really nice from the pictures in the listing so I had high hopes but it was even better in person. The decor was a perfect modern subtle "beachy" style but not overdone and tacky like some places. The bed was very comfy and the bathroom was plenty spacious for two. The kitchen was a little tight but was impressive how functional it was and that it still had everything you could need. The ocean view from being 13th floors up was awesome and we enjoyed a few meals from the balcony. One factor in booking this place was that I liked that the owner was a person and not an agency. I contacted the owner, Jessica, a few times with questions and she always responded quickly and was very helpful, respectable and gracious. The building itself was going through some construction but even so they've done a good job of making it very un-intrusive to getting around and being able to enjoy the amenities. The beach front was very spacious and clean and the water was beautiful (a little cold but expected since we came in May).

It was so nice staying here. We loved eating at Bikini Bobs. Everyone was so friendly. The only thing that needed attention was the sheets on the master bed. They were old and knotted and it made me feel like it was a dirty bed. When my daughter came up, she brought me another pair and we stayed comfortable the rest of the time.

The walls are dirty needs a paint job and some updates. Felt like there was sand in our sheets. That don’t want you to use the washer and dryer except for towels and wet bathing suits. Like the property not a fan of this particular unit.
