This highly modern residential area in the spa town of Świnoujście is surrounded by a large park with plane trees, hence the name of the settlement.

It is a very spacious apartment with bedroom, a living room with kitchenette and a bathroom. This oceanfront apartment also has a very nice terrace. Ideal for shorter and longer stays alike. Fully equipped. Its total area is 47 m2.

The German-Polish border crossing and the Baltic Sea are just 700 meters from the Ambria "Verde" apartment.
