Before our stay, I had to chase the owners for information about paying to confirm the booking, then again the day before for check in information. They did not send me any communication from r details about anything nor give any directions to the property or other information. Check in involved giving us keys and taking a photo of our passport without any other information at all, no info in property re local services etc.
the house itself is beautiful, quiet, relaxing. The living areas are huge and lively.
The kitchen equipment was terrible with, for example, 3 breakfast bowls only, one oven shelf only, no chopping boards, broken kettle that burnt your hand.
The DVD player is also ancient and cannot be used at the same time as the Wi-Fi.
All in all a beautiful house in a lovely place but woeful customer service and equipment for a low budget property.
