Treat yourself to a comfortable break in this luxurious holiday home with pool.

The beautiful, ground-floor Rose Villa welcomes you with a high-quality, stylish interior and a harmonious atmosphere that also offers plenty of space for a larger group of friends to relax. Enjoy convivial meals in the open-plan living area, chat while cooking together in the modern kitchen and listen to the gentle crackling of the fire as you reflect on the day on the cosy sofa.

The well-tended outdoor area also invites you to linger at any time of day. Refresh yourself first thing in the morning in the beautiful pool and recharge your batteries on the comfortable sun loungers while the younger guests let off steam on the lawn. The covered veranda is ideal for a hearty breakfast in the mild morning sun as well as for atmospheric barbecue evenings, where you will always enjoy dipping into the illuminated pool on warm summer nights.

Discover the long, child-friendly sandy beach, play beach volleyball or take part in water sports. Stroll through the historic centre of Nin and sample regional dishes in one of the many restaurants. Visit the Roman remains and discover Zadar. Take a boat trip to the Kornati islands, snorkel in the crystal-clear water and marvel at the impressive waterfalls in Krka National Park.
