Treat yourself to a fantastic holiday in this exceptional holiday home with pool, steam bath and sauna.

Villa Carolus Barat promises you the ultimate in luxury. An ambience that is as elegant as it is traditional invites you to spend pleasant hours playing chess, listening to music or playing billiards. In the living room, you can also sample liqueurs, wines, jams and craft beers produced exclusively for Villa Carolus Barat. You can also enjoy peace and relaxation in the Turkish steam bath or Finnish sauna.

The villa's large garden invites you to linger at any time. Dive into the pool, swim a few laps or play water polo. Barbecue on balmy summer evenings and serve fresh fish or a juicy steak on the outdoor terrace. End the day cosily in the whirlpool while the sun slowly sets.

The villa is located in the small town of Barat on a hillside overlooking the sea, with the outline of Italy and Venice in the distance on a fine day. From here, you can explore both the Istrian coast and the green hinterland, as Pore and the sea are just a short drive away. Enjoy excursions to beaches, bays and coastal towns or discover wineries, olive groves and traditional villages inland.
