The interior of the beautiful luxury villa Utopia is a successful combination of traditional and modern elements, creating a pleasant ambience that you are sure to enjoy. Spend cosy film evenings, prepare delicious meals in the kitchen with bar and take a seat at the large dining table.

Thanks to the pool, the terrace is the ideal place to enjoy games, fun and relaxation. Relax body and soul on the sun loungers next to the pool or take a seat in the seating area with a fragrant cup of coffee. Spend romantic evenings with a glass of fine wine in the whirlpool. The adjoining building has a sauna, a children's playroom and a fitness room.

Enjoy the Mediterranean tranquillity and the flair of a true island jewel on the green island of Ugljan, just a short ferry ride from the mainland. The light mistral wind provides a pleasant freshness in summer, while the crystal-clear sea invites you to relax and unwind. The discovery tour to charming places such as Kali, Kukljica or Lukoran, which enchant with their authentic island character, begins in the town of Preko, the heart of the island.
