This was our second time staying here and was just as fantastic as last year. Brett and Natalie are the best. This year we took a day trip down to Rehoboth and could not wait to get back to Broadkill!!

Our family planned a quick trip and we were very pleased. Plenty of room for all of us and a very calm and quiet beach just across. Our oldest pup got to enjoy the pet friendly beach at the age of 18, which for us was a great memory. He was just like a little puppy again in the water. The communication was great with the owners. We had a great few days!!

This was a lovely house for our purposes. A family of 4 with a MIL had more than enough room to spread out and be comfortable. The views of the bay are the loveliest part.

We stayed 2 nights. We had plenty of room for 2 couples and 1 more. Perfect location, house was very clean, had everything we needed, even homemade muffins. The room was ready an hour early and was able to check in early. The hosts were friendly and communicated well throughout trip. Place was easy to find and easy to access. Recommend this place highly.
