Had a lovely stay at 12 Pear Tree Court! This was a great home base for our group of 4 to explore York for a few days. The view of the city walls was so charming. Instructions and communications were very clear from the host. Only note would be that the water heater seems small if multiple people are showing in the morning or at night. Tried to take advantage of the nice big tub, but drained all the hot water before it was full! Not a big deal and I'm sure it's normal for the area, just a heads up for other guests.

This is our second stay at Pear Tree House and it was equally as good as the first. The house is extremely comfortable, beautifully furnished and ideally situated for walking to all parts of the city centre.

We recently stayed here for three nights, and this was our second visit to this lovely accommodation. There were four of us, and we were all very comfortable — the bedrooms are spacious, the bathroom is excellent, and the kitchen has everything you need. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the city centre, with convenient parking right out front. The house is beautifully decorated, and we especially loved the festive touches during our stay. Another fantastic experience — we’d happily return again! ✨
