The owner built this cabin on an elevated ridge allowing guests to take in the natural mountain beauty. Whether you`re outside lounging on the large covered deck or inside peering out the windows, you`ll feel surrounded by nature while enjoying the modern comforts of home. Centrally located between Bryce Canyon, Zion, Brian Head this unique cabin is the perfect place for all your adventures!

MAIN LIVING SPACE
This new cabin has a simple open floor plan making it feel light, airy, and easy to navigate! You`ll enter through the main entrance and into the main living space. You`ll be welcomed into the open kitchen/dining/family room with elevated ceilings and windows looking outside. Enjoy the view from the sofa or armchair while kicking your feet up and warming up around the wood burning stove.
KITCHEN & DINING
The gourmet kitchen has plenty of space to make your favorite meals with modern appliances and beautiful granite countertops. You`ll find everything you need to prepare your meals. The dining table comfortably sits up to 4 people.
OUTDOOR LIVING
The cabin is positioned on a beautiful, elevated ridge lot with incredible views. You can enjoy it all from one of the outdoor lounge chairs on the covered deck. You`ll find a propane grill (propane provided) to make your favorite bbq meals.
GENERAL
Free WiFi, central heating, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, iron/board, keyless entry, linens/towels, washer/dryer
PARKING:
Driveway (4 vehicles), RV/trailer parking available (No garage access)
HOUSE RULES
No parties, no smoking, no outdoor fires
- No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the premises. Violation of this house rule will result in a $500 fine, in addition to any extra cleaning fees required to remove smoke odors or residue.
- No food is allowed in the living room.
- Maximum of 2 pets allowed with minimal pet fee
- Keep pets off the furniture
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
- Please do not move or rearrange any furniture
-Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
- Do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items may cause damage.
-DO NOT CARVE ON THE TREES!!!
-Guests are responsible of bringing their own lighters, lighter fluid, fire starters, or firewood if they plan to use the fireplace. Please ensure you have these items on hand for your stay.
- NOTE: Exterior security cameras are located around the outside of the cabin. The camera does not look into any interior spaces
- 4wd and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present.

Summit Pines is an excellent place to get away from it all. With a bedroom and full bathroom at each end of the cabin, and a fully stocked kitchen, we were more than pleased . We cooked breakfast and dinner each day, and I found everything I needed plus more. The cabin was very clean and very well kept. But the best part of the experience is the deck. The view is magnificent, and we actually enjoyed watching the colors change on a few trees as fall arrived. Would definitely recommend this getaway.

Outside of Duck Creek UT nestled among the beautiful pines and Aspen just outside of Duck Creek Village. Beautiful home and magnificently maintained. Gorgeous views of the mountains off the back deck and lively furnished.We loved this property and will most likely rent again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
