There are two bedrooms; one features a large double bed and the other two single beds that can be joined together.

Bathroom boasts a bathtub, a vanity unit, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
There is a great layout a comfortable indoors, and tasteful decor in a bright environment.
There is easy maintenance and cleaning.
We offer internet ADSL access.
This is a peaceful building.
It is close to the shops and Parisian public transport.
Set in the pretty Plaine-Monceau quarter, a 15-minute walk to the Champs-Elysées, and a 10-minutes walk 5 min away from the street markets (Poncelet and Lévis).
We are 300 m away from the Malesherbes and Wagram metro stations.
There is a bus stop at the foot of the building that goes has services to the large Parisian shops (Lafayette Galaries, Printemps, etc.), St. Lazare station, Place de la Concorde, Boulevard Saint-Germain, the Latin Quarter, and Gare Montparnasse.

Great location but the street noise was pretty bad. Laundry and closeness to groceries and restaurants was wonderful. Monceau Park was a beautiful spot only 10 minutes walk away.

This is a comfortable, well equipped apartment in a quiet area. Overall, we had a very pleasant 9 day stay. A few things were less than ideal. First, if you are expecting a warm, friendly welcome you may be a little surprised. Christiane, Regis’s wife who greeted me at the apartment seemed uncomfortable and reserved and she was a big hurry to get away. She quickly went over a few things and left. She neglected to show me how to connect to the internet, which turned into a mess because it was not working, Regis could not figure out why, and I had to spend half an hour on the phone with the provider’s tech support to get it fixed. The apartment could have been cleaned better. There was hair on the side of the bathtub and I removed three dust bunnies from different rooms in the apartment. So overall, we enjoyed our stay but it was less than 10 out of 10.

Régis was such a welcoming host and the flat was just perfect! It was very spacious, had lovely decor, great views, and all the amenities we needed (including a lift). With a boulangerie right across the street, amazing food markets along Place Levis, and metro stops within a 5-minute walk, we had everything we needed. We received detailed communication well in advance & Régis was very responsive throughout our stay and so hospitable.

We enjoyed staying here and the location was perfect for us. The apartment is beautiful and large enough for family of four to be very comfortable. I especially appreciated the washer and dryer. The only drawbacks were street noise, which cannot be helped, and the shower mechanism had an issue. But really a beautiful place and a very responsive host. I would love to stay there again.
