With three air-conditioned bedrooms, the home is designed to ensure your comfort throughout your stay. Whether you're looking to relax by the beach or explore the local attractions, this accommodation provides a convenient and cozy base for your adventures.

PARKING SITUATION
+over-sized garage for 2 big cars
SUNCOAST OZONE
+ two-story house furnished with high-quality furniture
+ 1st level:
-2 bedrooms with 1 queen-sized bed each
-Internal laundry with new 10 kg washing machine and a dryer
+2nd level:
-master's bedroom with en suite bathroom, 1 queen-sized bed and walk in wardrobe
*spacious lounge
*dining area
*dedicated office space
*fully equipped kitchen
*spacious alfresco with outdoor dining area.
*Keyless property. Check your Airbnb Inbox for the house code.
*Self check-in with coded smart keypad on the door itself.
*House is NOT SHARED.

2. Standard check-in time is 3PM onward. Standard check-out time is 10AM.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional fees.

4. House Rate & Occupancy Limit: 6 guests
5. WE DO NOT HAVE the following:
*Beach amenities
*BBQ amenities
*Netflix guest account

6. Must climb stairs (not very steep), although there's 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor.
7. Surrounded with vegetation. If you're going to stay out, please put on insect repellent lotion/spray.
8. House Airbnb cancellation policy is FIRM. Please check cancellation and refund schedule before confirming your booking.
