Just across the road from the golden sands of Sapphire Beach sits Beachside Manor, a home designed for families and friends who want space, comfort, and the ocean at their doorstep. This six-bedroom, three-bathroom retreat welcomes up to fourteen guests, making it the perfect place for family reunions, group holidays, or simply an escape where everyone can come together under one roof.

Mornings here begin with the sound of waves. From the upstairs bedrooms, you can watch the sun rising over the Pacific before stepping out to the balcony with a cup of coffee in hand. A short wander across the road leads to Sapphire Beach itself, where you can dive in for a swim, paddle out with a surfboard, or simply stroll along the shore.

Back at the house, there’s room for everyone to find their own spot. The middle floor is the heart of the home, with a modern kitchen that makes holiday cooking easy, a light-filled dining area, and a lounge with air-conditioning and a gaming TV for laid-back nights. The front and back decks invite you to enjoy lazy afternoons, whether that means a barbecue with the group or a quiet read in the sea breeze.

The top floor is where five of the bedrooms are tucked away, including the master suite with its spa bath ensuite and sweeping ocean views. Downstairs, another bedroom with two doubles connects to a kitchenette, bathroom, laundry, and a second lounge — perfect for teenagers or a family who’d like their own space within the house.

When you’re ready to explore, Coffs Harbour is just an eight-kilometre drive away. Spend a day at the Big Banana Fun Park, meet dolphins up close, or head out on a whale-watching tour. There are golf courses, go-karts, bushwalks, and even ice skating nearby, so everyone will find something to love.

Evenings at Beachside Manor are all about coming back together. Share a meal on the deck, soak in the spa bath, or gather in the lounge to swap stories from the day. With ocean views, plenty of space, and everything you need for a relaxed stay, this Sapphire Beach holiday home is all about creating memories you’ll want to return to year after year.

For the safety and security of our guests and property, please note that external security cameras are installed at this home.
