Surprise the family with an unforgettable holiday in this luxurious holiday home.

Not far from Split and nestled in a picturesque landscape, the enchanting Villa Ivand welcomes you. The harmoniously designed and exquisitely furnished interior offers cosy retreats and space for social gatherings. Conjure up delicious dishes in the modern kitchen, celebrate your time together over cheerful meals in one of the two dining rooms and keep fit on the treadmill or compete at the pool table. On cooler evenings, the fireplace provides additional cosiness while you round off a long day with a glass of wine or a board game.

The clearly laid out outdoor area has highlights for all ages. Refresh yourself in the beautiful pool, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere with breakfast in the pavilion or cosy moments in the whirlpool and let the younger guests have fun at the table tennis table, table football or playground.

Discover the natural beauty of the Cetina gorges and waterfalls and enjoy horseback riding or hiking in the surrounding area. Sample Dalmatian specialities in a cosy restaurant and stroll through the nearby market. Combine a tour of Split with its impressive Diocletian's Palace with a glass of wine at the harbour or a day of swimming on the beautiful rocky and sandy beaches, and then stroll through the picturesque old town streets of Sinj.
