Experience a relaxing break in this modern holiday home right by the sea.
The Prezida luxury villa exudes a bright, modern yet relaxed atmosphere that harmoniously combines stylish design and a holiday feeling. The elegantly equipped kitchen is a wonderful place to cook together and enjoy a cosy meal on warm evenings. There is also a pool table where you can socialise with family or friends. And when the sun goes down, the living room with sea view invites you to end the day in peace with a glass of wine.
Start the day with breakfast on the terrace and enjoy the marvellous view of the sea. Afterwards, you can swim in the pool, relax on the sun loungers or simply unwind in the hanging swing.
The beach is right on your doorstep, ideal for jumping into the crystal-clear water in the morning or enjoying the day under the shady pine trees. Explore the island of Vir, which is connected to the mainland by a bridge, and discover sights such as the Venetian fortress Katelina, the lighthouse from 1881 and the Church of St John the Baptist.
