Upon arrival, you’ll step into an open-concept living space filled with natural light, where designer decor creates an inviting ambiance. The living area flows effortlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, a large island, and everything you need to prepare meals for your family or group.
A cozy dining area is perfect for enjoying coffee or a sunset dinner and is a natural fit with the kitchen and living areas.
The two tranquil bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for rest and relaxation. The primary suite features a plush king bed, a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom, and plenty of closet space, creating your own personal retreat. The second bedroom offers a roomy queen bed, stylish decor, and easy access to a second full bathroom, ideal for family or friends.
Step outside to experience the heart of the Prominence community: a sprawling 5,000 sq/ft resort-style pool surrounded by an expansive deck, shaded lounging areas, and an inviting gathering space for socializing or soaking up the sun. The outdoor security cameras are only in operation when the property is vacant.
Guests also have access to our complimentary electric cruiser and 2 bikes, making it effortless to explore nearby beaches, scenic cycling paths, and 30A’s charming boutiques and eateries.

Steve is a very gracious host . He took care of us and will be a return customer for sure . Property is very nice and very clean . Steve is a great host and I would recommend his properties to anyone without hesitation's .

Love the location and the amenities included with the rental! Our kids love the golf cart and the bikes. We al enjoyed the sip and snacks that were waiting for us when we got there after our long drive! Steve was an exceptional post, even including extras like laundry, pods, dish tabs and extra trash bags were so helpful!Our puppies absolutely loved the little grass area behind the condo. It was perfect for our morning afternoon and evening walks! Super close to the pool and of course, the big chill! Cannot say enough great things about this condo!
