It will be hard to leave this gorgeous oceanfront vacation rental home in the heart of Kill Devil Hills, centrally located within the North Outer Banks - you will be sure to return again and again! Take in the panoramic ocean views to the east from the wall to wall windows or many decks, or enjoy the Wright Brothers Museum to the West. Breathe in the salt air and soak up the sun from this incredible home, a relaxing stay awaits!
Plenty of room for your family and friends to gather both inside this home and out. The top floor includes a huge great room including living room with gas fireplace, and sliders to the oceanfront deck. The kitchen is a chef's dream with abundant cabinet storage (rare in a beach home!), breakfast nook seating for 5, plenty of workspace on the granite counters and updated appliances. High ceilings and hardwood floors add to the luxuriousness of this home. There is also a half bath and King master on this level including a jetted tub, shower and double vanity.
The mid level of this home has 5 bedrooms, 3 baths and deck access. One Queen bedroom, a King bedroom with semi-private bath that counts as a full hall bath, another King bedroom, then two King bedrooms that both have private baths and deck access.
The lower level is where you will find the large game room, including foosball and a card table, a kitchenette with full sized refrigerator, wet bar and icemaker, and access to the pool area. The pool table is in the garage area. There is a bedroom with 2 pyramid bunks, and another bedroom with a pyramid bunk and regular bunk. On the hall there is a full bath, and the laundry room. The pool is a private 16x28 pool, and there is a hot tub, putting green, basketball hoop and enclosed outside shower. From the pool there is a private walkway access to the beach!

We have been coming to the Outer Banks for 12 years now. This was the first time we had a seamless experience. Communication from Beach Realty was clear and helpful. The house was well maintained. We didn't have a big group, so the house accommodated us well. The deck and gates kept our dogs safely contained. We always use Farm Dog beach rentals for beach chairs and umbrellas, however the walkway to the beach is well maintained and it would not have been an issue to carry them out each day. Highly recommend you consider this house if you want to stay in KDH!

Very nice house. The beach walkway needs improvement - rusty nails exposed and the boards were splintered. The deck had exposed nails also and the railing was a little loose. The refrigerator ice maker wasn’t working very well. The kitchen could definitely use an ice machine

The listing and photos showed a pool table in the family room, but it was actually in the garage. The walkway to the beach was in poor condition—dry, cracked wood with rusty nails sticking out. Maintenance came and added about 50 screws, but the boards themselves were unsafe. Walking barefoot wasn’t an option unless you wanted splinters.Several lights needed repair, including one in a bedroom, the spotlight in the back, and the front light. The dishwasher was a major issue—it was dirty, completely nonfunctional, and with 12 of us in the house, we spent an unreasonable amount of time hand-washing dishes after every meal. The oven was filthy, and within minutes of using it, the kitchen filled with smoke.Overall cleanliness and upkeep were disappointing: chipped furniture, a table marked with coloring, tall weeds and grass around the pool deck, and even dirty counters upon arrival. We rent a home in the OBX every year, and this was by far the worst experience. I was hired to write about OBX rentals, but unfortunately, this property is unusable for that purpose. I did call to report all of these issues, but management did not go above and beyond to make things right.
