Welcome to The Lobster Pot Beach House - Detached beach house, ideal for couples or a family with older children (perfect for a family of 4) - part of The Bay Filey holiday village - with pool and beach access nearby!
The Lobster Pot Beach House is located in the centre of the village, close to the beach, tennis court, playground and village centre. Enjoy a spacious enclosed terrace - ideal for dogs........
Enter through the step free door into the hallway with storage for shoes and coats. To your right are the master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite shower room, and the second bedroom with a further king sized bed (which can be separated to make two singles by the guests). There is also another shower room with jack-and-jill doors off the hallway / second bedroom.
To the left is the open-plan kitchen / dining / lounge space with lovely corner leather sofa and SMART TV (with Netflix, amazon prime, Apple TV etc - bring your own logins). Exit through the large bifold doors to the enclosed deck with seating, ideal for alfresco dining or sitting outside.
We leave a few games for our guests to use. The log burner makes this beach house warm and cosy for breaks all year round.
-Free unlimited wifi (high speed)
-SMART TV to the lounge area (with Netflix, amazon prime, Apple TV etc - bring your own logins)
-TVs in both bedrooms
-Log burner (wood burning only - guest to supply logs)
-Dishwasher, Washer-dryer and Microwave
-Outside seating for 4 and enclosed deck to keep your furry friends safe and happy
-Allocated driveway parking bay for 2 cars front to back
-Tassimo Coffee / Drinks Machine Provided - bring your own pods / drinks
-Price includes bedding and towels for each guest , high speed wifi, and all energy use (fair usage policy applies)
This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.
The owners (Chris and Alison) look forward to welcoming you to their beach house.

The beach house is in a great location just minutes from the sports complex, pub and shop. We really like the fact that the deck was secured so that our dogs can come in and out. The kitchen is well stocked and the furniture is comfortable. We will definitely be staying again soon.

The lobster boy was beautiful furnished, clean and welcoming. This home has everything you need that sometimes is not available. The little touches of dog treats and biscuits made it feel really welcoming. This has the most comfortable bed in the site and we have stayed in a lot of the accommodation at the bay. I would not hesitate to book again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Lobster Pot Beach House. It was a lovely lodge with everything you could possibly need for a break away.
It is located in an ideal spot on the park, close to the leisure facilities, pub, arcade and shop and just a short walk down to the beach.
We will definitely return in the future.

Was everything we could ask for, lovely and comfortable and in a nice spot on The Bay.
Our only complaint was there were no toilet rolls in the accommodation in either bathrooms.
